Trade Momentum Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Bulls of Wallstreet LLC, doing business as Momentum ("Momentum," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit trademomentum.org, use the Momentum app (including the chatroom, live streams, scanner, simulator, trading journal, academy, AI assistant, and any installed or mobile version), join our Bootcamp, or otherwise interact with us (together, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Account information: your email address, the username (@handle) and display name you choose, and your profile color.
  • Contact and marketing information: your name, email address, and phone number when you fill out a sign-up, application, or contact form, or opt in to text messages.
  • Content you post: chat messages, reactions, images you upload, replies, homework and course answers, support messages you send to our team, and questions you ask the Momentum AI assistant.
  • Trading journal information: trades you enter or import from a broker, notes, and the statistics calculated from them.
  • Bootcamp applications: the answers you give in an application.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and security information: IP address, browser and device type (user agent), a random identifier stored in your browser to recognize your device, the device names you see under "Your devices," and sign-in history. We use these to keep your account secure, enforce the one-device rule, and prevent account sharing and abuse.
  • Usage information: which channels and pages you open, course progress, attendance and badges, and when you were last active.
  • Notification information: if you turn on notifications, the push-notification address your browser or device gives us.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: inside the Momentum app we use only cookies that are needed for sign-in and security. Our public website and checkout pages may use cookies, pixels, and tags (such as Google Tag Manager and the Meta pixel) for analytics and advertising, and a LiveChat widget for support. See Section 6.

Information from third parties

  • Payment providers: when you pay through Whop, Stripe, Deposyt, or another provider we use, we receive information such as your email, plan, payment status, amounts, billing dates, and limited card details (for example, the last four digits, card brand, and a card "fingerprint" the provider generates). We never receive or store your full card number or security code.
  • Whop: if you sign in with Whop or connect your Whop account, we receive your Whop user ID, Whop username, verified email address, and membership status.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, bank account numbers, or precise location. Location data (such as GPS information) is removed from images you upload.

2. How we use your information

  • To provide the Services: create and secure your account, confirm your membership, show your posts, run live streams, the scanner, simulator, and journal, and answer support requests.
  • To process payments, manage subscriptions, trials, cancellations, and disputes.
  • To keep the Services safe: prevent fraud, account sharing, spam, and abuse; enforce our Terms and community rules; and moderate content.
  • To communicate with you: service and billing messages, sign-in codes, and (if you opt in) marketing emails and text messages.
  • To improve the Services, fix problems, and understand how they are used.
  • To comply with the law and protect our rights.

3. What other members can see

Other members can see your display name, @handle, profile color, role (for example, member or moderator), badges and level, the messages and reactions you post in channels you share, and when you are typing. Other members cannot see your email address, IP address, devices, payment information, or Whop account.

Journal leaderboard: if you import trades into the journal, your username and trading statistics (such as net profit and loss, win rate, and number of trades) may appear on the monthly leaderboard or challenges, which other members can see. You can opt out of the leaderboard at any time in the journal's settings.

Live streams and recordings: live sessions may be recorded and made available to members. Messages you post in a stream's chat may appear in the stream or its recording.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

  • Service providers that help us run the Services, under contracts that limit their use of your information:
    • Payments and memberships: Whop, Stripe, Deposyt
    • Hosting, storage, and backups: Render, Cloudflare
    • Email delivery: our email provider (for example, Resend)
    • Live video: LiveKit
    • Trading journal: Google Firebase
    • AI assistant: OpenAI and/or Google Gemini (we send your question, not your name or email)
    • Support chat: LiveChat
    • Analytics and advertising on our website: Google and Meta
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Momentum, our members, or others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of our business, subject to this Policy.
  • With your consent or at your direction.

5. Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in, we may send you trading alerts and marketing text messages (up to about 4 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.

6. Cookies, pixels, and advertising

Inside the Momentum app, cookies are used only to keep you signed in and secure. Our public website and checkout pages may use cookies and pixels from Google and Meta to measure visits and advertising, and a LiveChat widget. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can limit ad personalization through your Google and Meta account settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in.

7. How long we keep information

  • Account and content: while your account is active. After a membership ends, inactive accounts and their content are removed or anonymized after a period of time.
  • Sign-in sessions: deleted when they expire.
  • Removed posts: kept for up to 180 days for moderation and safety, then deleted.
  • Raw payment-provider messages: kept for up to 14 days.
  • Staff activity and security logs (which may include IP addresses): kept for up to 2 years.
  • Billing and payment records: kept as long as needed for accounting, tax, legal, and dispute purposes, even after an account is deleted.

8. Your choices and rights

  • Download your data: open your profile and choose to download your information.
  • Delete your account: request deletion from your profile or by emailing business@trademomentum.org. Our team completes deletion requests, and your posts are anonymized. Some records (such as billing records) are kept as described in Section 7.
  • Marketing: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or reply STOP to texts.
  • Journal leaderboard: opt out in the journal's settings.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information. To exercise these rights, or to opt out of advertising cookies on our website, email business@trademomentum.org. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Residents of the EEA, UK, and similar jurisdictions: you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Our legal bases are performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests (such as security and improving the Services), your consent (such as marketing), and legal obligations. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure sign-in cookies, two-step verification for our staff, encrypted storage of two-step secrets, and access limits so that only authorized staff can see account and billing details. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Services are intended only for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Where information is processed

We are based in the United States, and your information is stored and processed in the United States. Some of our service providers may process information in other countries, with appropriate safeguards.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the Services or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
