We use secure third-party processors (Whop and Upgrade Chat). We do not store or control payment information; any issues are subject to the processors' terms. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.

17. Cancellation

For Whop users: Visit Whop.com, log in, go to "Your Orders", find your membership, and click "Manage Membership".

For Upgrade Chat users: Go to upgrade.chat/profile, sign in with your Discord login, and click the blue wheel next to your subscription.

18. Arbitration

Any claim must be made within one year of the event. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, with each party bearing their own legal fees and splitting arbitration costs. Class actions are not permitted.
